Mariele Verí comes from a musical theatre background, having trained at HB Studio (Uta Hagen) and the American Dramatic Academy (ADA) in New York City. After the birth of their son, a move to Indonesia became a turning point that redefined their life and artistic practice.

They lived nomadically for over seven years across three continents, which taught them to approach art as a way of life — where their family’s lifestyle is their primary medium. Mariele brings philosophical and performative depth to the studio, with a focus on the human encounter with presence and essence.

Leo Verí is a classically trained pianist, educated at the National Conservatory of Music in the Dominican Republic.

He grew up in the church, eventually leading and training dozens of music teams across Latin America and the U.S.

As a music producer, his work — alongside Mariele — has been featured in films and television, and they have collaborated with chart-topping artists across Latin America.

He brings highly specialized, self-taught technological expertise to Atelier Verí, blending musical sensitivity with digital innovation.
